Narrative:
On jul/wed/91, I was in a VFR flight plan from charleston, wv to washington national airport, dc. Before entering washington national TCA, I was trying to contact approach but there was some problem with my radio and I couldn't contact approach so I landed at manassas airport, south of dulles international airport. I was using for this flight a WAC and a terminal for washington area. In my WAC, dulles was an arsa, so was in the terminal. When I landed at manassas I found out that dulles was not an arsa anymore, it has been changed to a TCA. I was flying in that TCA for about 2 mins without contact to approach. I think that before any change is made in any airspace, it should be announced in the last chart of that area. Also, I landed at washington national without any prior reservation (after I landed at manassas, the radio was ok and I contacted approach and landed). No one told me about the prior reservation. I knew about it, but I forgot in that moment. I think that when any pilot files a flight plan to any of these airports, the FSS should remind him/her about the reservation.

Title: UNAUTHORIZED PENETRATION OF AIRSPACE.
Narrative: ON JUL/WED/91, I WAS IN A VFR FLT PLAN FROM CHARLESTON, WV TO WASHINGTON NATIONAL ARPT, DC. BEFORE ENTERING WASHINGTON NATIONAL TCA, I WAS TRYING TO CONTACT APCH BUT THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM WITH MY RADIO AND I COULDN'T CONTACT APCH SO I LANDED AT MANASSAS ARPT, S OF DULLES INTL ARPT. I WAS USING FOR THIS FLT A WAC AND A TERMINAL FOR WASHINGTON AREA. IN MY WAC, DULLES WAS AN ARSA, SO WAS IN THE TERMINAL. WHEN I LANDED AT MANASSAS I FOUND OUT THAT DULLES WAS NOT AN ARSA ANYMORE, IT HAS BEEN CHANGED TO A TCA. I WAS FLYING IN THAT TCA FOR ABOUT 2 MINS WITHOUT CONTACT TO APCH. I THINK THAT BEFORE ANY CHANGE IS MADE IN ANY AIRSPACE, IT SHOULD BE ANNOUNCED IN THE LAST CHART OF THAT AREA. ALSO, I LANDED AT WASHINGTON NATIONAL WITHOUT ANY PRIOR RESERVATION (AFTER I LANDED AT MANASSAS, THE RADIO WAS OK AND I CONTACTED APCH AND LANDED). NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THE PRIOR RESERVATION. I KNEW ABOUT IT, BUT I FORGOT IN THAT MOMENT. I THINK THAT WHEN ANY PLT FILES A FLT PLAN TO ANY OF THESE ARPTS, THE FSS SHOULD REMIND HIM/HER ABOUT THE RESERVATION.
