Narrative:
At FL230, had a TCAS RA to descend 1500 FPM. Descended to 22500 ft until 'clear of conflict' was received and ATC confirmed that target aircraft was going to level at FL240. TA was received at 10 mi at 12 O'clock position descending 1900 ft above us. RA was announced at 7 mi 1700 ft above us descended. Mia center was informed we were climbing back to FL230.

Narrative: AT FL230, HAD A TCAS RA TO DSND 1500 FPM. DSNDED TO 22500 FT UNTIL 'CLR OF CONFLICT' WAS RECEIVED AND ATC CONFIRMED THAT TARGET ACFT WAS GOING TO LEVEL AT FL240. TA WAS RECEIVED AT 10 MI AT 12 O'CLOCK POS DSNDING 1900 FT ABOVE US. RA WAS ANNOUNCED AT 7 MI 1700 FT ABOVE US DSNDED. MIA CENTER WAS INFORMED WE WERE CLBING BACK TO FL230.
