Narrative:
Aircraft was hand flown to 10000 ft and autoplt was engaged. After about 30 seconds, aircraft started a climb. Recovery was initiated at 10300 ft and manually returned to 10000. A contributing factor was an 'unrelated traffic alert' by TCAS distracting the crew.
