Narrative:
The flight was on approach phase to lax. Due to traffic the approach controller was giving speed reductions and vectors south of the 25 localizer for spacing. The copilot (PF) was in a descending left turn to level off at 4000. The TCASII TA was issued simultaneous with the controller issuing a TA for traffic 2-3 O'clock, less than 1 mi, altitude unknown. The RA's then issued a 'climb, climb' command at which time the CRT showed a target about 3 O'clock and 200 ft below. The PF immediately applied climb. The TCASII CRT showed an aircraft about 3 O'clock, 600 ft below and climbing thrust and leveled off at 5000 ft. The CRT showed traffic 5 O'clock and 1000 ft below. The PNF advised ATC of the TA/RA alert and the aircraft was descended to 4000 ft. The flight continued to lax with no further incident.

Title: ACR HAS TCASII TA RA. CLBS.
Narrative: THE FLT WAS ON APCH PHASE TO LAX. DUE TO TFC THE APCH CTLR WAS GIVING SPD REDUCTIONS AND VECTORS S OF THE 25 LOC FOR SPACING. THE COPLT (PF) WAS IN A DSNDING L TURN TO LEVEL OFF AT 4000. THE TCASII TA WAS ISSUED SIMULTANEOUS WITH THE CTLR ISSUING A TA FOR TFC 2-3 O'CLOCK, LESS THAN 1 MI, ALT UNKNOWN. THE RA'S THEN ISSUED A 'CLB, CLB' COMMAND AT WHICH TIME THE CRT SHOWED A TARGET ABOUT 3 O'CLOCK AND 200 FT BELOW. THE PF IMMEDIATELY APPLIED CLB. THE TCASII CRT SHOWED AN ACFT ABOUT 3 O'CLOCK, 600 FT BELOW AND CLBING THRUST AND LEVELED OFF AT 5000 FT. THE CRT SHOWED TFC 5 O'CLOCK AND 1000 FT BELOW. THE PNF ADVISED ATC OF THE TA/RA ALERT AND THE ACFT WAS DSNDED TO 4000 FT. THE FLT CONTINUED TO LAX WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT.
