Narrative:
Aircraft not being chocked or ground power unit rolling into aircraft. Ramp personnel removed chocks early. On preflight chocked at nose gear. Parking brake was set. Started #2 engine, hydraulic pressure came up normal. Started #1 and aircraft and gpu came in contact with each other. After incident I saw rampers put chocks back under aircraft. Gpu's brake was not on. Aircraft damage to #1 engine, propeller and gpu.

Title: GND PWR UNIT NOT CHOCKED ROLLED INTO ACFT.
Narrative: ACFT NOT BEING CHOCKED OR GND PWR UNIT ROLLING INTO ACFT. RAMP PERSONNEL REMOVED CHOCKS EARLY. ON PREFLT CHOCKED AT NOSE GEAR. PARKING BRAKE WAS SET. STARTED #2 ENG, HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CAME UP NORMAL. STARTED #1 AND ACFT AND GPU CAME IN CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER. AFTER INCIDENT I SAW RAMPERS PUT CHOCKS BACK UNDER ACFT. GPU'S BRAKE WAS NOT ON. ACFT DAMAGE TO #1 ENG, PROP AND GPU.
