Narrative:
We were on approach to tampa 36L runway, it was initially an ILS 36L that became a visual approach to 36L. I was the ff and the captain was working the radios. We were handed off late to the tower while on a short approach. We were in the process of completing the final landing checklist when advised. I was involved in flying the aircraft and it is my opinion that the captain simply forgot to contact tower. It was discovered upon touchdown by looking at radios. Corrective action would be to 'get a new captain.'
