Narrative:

TCASII system warned 'traffic, traffic' and then announced 'climb, climb.' we were IMC, initiated the climb, called ATC to report. The traffic showed 300 ft below us on TCASII. ATC reported the traffic at 5500. After traffic cleared, we initiated descent to 6000 and reported to ATC.

Title: LTT HAS TCASII RA TO CLB.

Narrative: TCASII SYS WARNED 'TFC, TFC' AND THEN ANNOUNCED 'CLB, CLB.' WE WERE IMC, INITIATED THE CLB, CALLED ATC TO RPT. THE TFC SHOWED 300 FT BELOW US ON TCASII. ATC RPTED THE TFC AT 5500. AFTER TFC CLRED, WE INITIATED DSCNT TO 6000 AND RPTED TO ATC.
