Narrative:
After takeoff the 'stall indication failure' light and 'automatic spoiler do not use' light illuminated. Upon raising the gear handle the nose gear failed to retract. Performed abnormal procedure per aircraft manual with no help. Nose gear would extend properly. We burnt fuel down to landing weight and landed uneventfully. No gear pins were installed!
