Narrative:
Local controller landed small aircraft X on runway 18 then landed small aircraft Y on runway 18 but small aircraft Y landed runway 36 with the small aircraft X still on the runway. The controller failed to tell the second aircraft was not in sight, and just assumed it was landing on the correct runway.
