Narrative:
During cruise flight at FL350 over abr VOR, the TCASII alerted þclb crossing climb,þ the ivsi displayed a red arc up to 1500 FPM. The autoplt was disconnected and a climb started. The TCASII then alerted þincrease climb.þ after about a 100 ft climb, the TCASII alerted þclr of conflict.þ ZMP was notified. They reported an aircraft had passed overhead opposite direction at FL410.

Title: CAPT OF WDB ACR ACFT RESPONDED TO A TCASII RA AND CLBED ABOVE ASSIGNED ALT DURING HIGH ALT CRUISE.
Narrative: DURING CRUISE FLT AT FL350 OVER ABR VOR, THE TCASII ALERTED þCLB XING CLB,þ THE IVSI DISPLAYED A RED ARC UP TO 1500 FPM. THE AUTOPLT WAS DISCONNECTED AND A CLB STARTED.
