Narrative:
Our flight departed abq en route to ord at PM25Z with mr passenger on board. Mr passenger had been boarded in a wheelchair. At PM50 our #1 flight attendant informed me that mr passenger did not look good and seemed very ill. His wife told the flight attendant that he was on medication and that his appearance was normal. I told her to keep an eye on him. At PM00, I sent my copilot to the back to check on the situation and he returned to tell me that mr passenger had no pulse and did not seem to be breathing. The flight attendant requested a doctor and fortunately, we had 1 on board. At PM10 the flight attendant put the doctor on the interphone and he informed me that mr passenger was dead and was past the point of resuscitation. He said he had spoken with mrs passenger and that she told him her husband was a terminally ill cancer patient and that she wished to continue to ord where her son was to meet them and drive them home to indiana. I contacted our dispatch and they agreed that the best plan was to continue to ord where the proper officials would meet the plane on arrival. The doctor pronounced mr passenger dead at PM10Z.
