Narrative:

I started my small transport aircraft in ely, nv, and when I turned on the avionics the #1 radio (radio manufacturer 2 model radios) had cleared itself from the unicom 122.8 to 120.0. I didn't notice that fact. As I taxied to runway 36 I looked toward final and didn't see an small aircraft sel aircraft on final. I didn't hear them because of the radios. I took the runway and departed. At approximately 100 ft of altitude I noticed the small aircraft sel aircraft over to my right. I assumed he did a go around. The plane was approximately 100-150 ft to my right. I continued my straight out departure and tried to determine why I didn't see or hear the other aircraft. I then noticed that my radio had cleared to the wrong frequency.

Title: NMAC BTWN AN ATX SMT AND AN SMA ACFT AT A NON CTLED ARPT.

Narrative: I STARTED MY SMT ACFT IN ELY, NV, AND WHEN I TURNED ON THE AVIONICS THE #1 RADIO (RADIO MANUFACTURER 2 MODEL RADIOS) HAD CLRED ITSELF FROM THE UNICOM 122.8 TO 120.0. I DIDN'T NOTICE THAT FACT. AS I TAXIED TO RWY 36 I LOOKED TOWARD FINAL AND DIDN'T SEE AN SMA SEL ACFT ON FINAL. I DIDN'T HEAR THEM BECAUSE OF THE RADIOS. I TOOK THE RWY AND DEPARTED. AT APPROX 100 FT OF ALT I NOTICED THE SMA SEL ACFT OVER TO MY R. I ASSUMED HE DID A GAR. THE PLANE WAS APPROX 100-150 FT TO MY R. I CONTINUED MY STRAIGHT OUT DEP AND TRIED TO DETERMINE WHY I DIDN'T SEE OR HEAR THE OTHER ACFT. I THEN NOTICED THAT MY RADIO HAD CLRED TO THE WRONG FREQ.
