Narrative:
As we were accelerating down runway 04R, at lft, I was quickly reminded about the terrible condition of the runway surface. It has so many uneven, rough spots, valleys in it, as it intersects with runway 11. Our nose gear bottomed out at least 3 times. I was very close to aborting the takeoff. All I could do was just hold on! Even the flight attendant commented about it after takeoff. I will start refusing to takeoff from that runway; unless I do not have a choice. I told the tower about the runway condition and he acted surprised.
