Narrative:
On pushback ewr -- while moving we were pushed into catering truck. Captain kept passengers seated, asked ground control as to any evidence of fire, I called maintenance and ground safety to come out and check for evidence of fuel leakage. Maintenance cleared us to return to the gate. There was no rupture of fuel tank but wing tip was sheared off. No passengers were injured.
