Narrative:
We took off out of msp after a thunderstorm line passed. We leveled off at 4000 ft to stay under some buildups. Our speed went from 250 to 300 KTS all at once. We kept the power where it was and used speed brakes to slow. Also, while this was happening, we got a pull-up message and the radio altimeter showed 500 ft. At 4000 ft we were well above the MEA. The pull-up signal was a reflection off an inversion.
