Narrative:
Landed without clearance on last leg of 3 day european rotation. WX in europe was poor with associated high work load approachs. WX upon returning to us was clear with visual approachs in atlanta. 10000 ft downwind south of atlanta. Turn to base necessitated gear down for increased drag. Slight overshoot north then south of centerline. Approach directed us to switch tower at marker. Entire crew seemed tired from approximately 9 1/2 hours of flying. Also relieved by the clear skies and lack of traffic. From marker to landing was quiet on approach frequency! Never switched tower for landing clearance. Realized error once we turned off runway and reported clear to approach. Switched tower. Nothing mentioned about landing clearance by tower. Suspect we may have been cleared 'in the blind.' taxi in was normal. Cause -- complacency caused by good WX after long flight. PNF was training department pilot and possibly out of habit reference landing clearance as engine, I may have initiated landing checklist when PNF would have normally checked in with tower.

Title: UNAUTHORIZED LNDG. CLRNC LNDG NOT RECEIVED.
Narrative: LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC ON LAST LEG OF 3 DAY EUROPEAN ROTATION. WX IN EUROPE WAS POOR WITH ASSOCIATED HIGH WORK LOAD APCHS. WX UPON RETURNING TO US WAS CLR WITH VISUAL APCHS IN ATLANTA. 10000 FT DOWNWIND S OF ATLANTA. TURN TO BASE NECESSITATED GEAR DOWN FOR INCREASED DRAG. SLIGHT OVERSHOOT N THEN S OF CTRLINE. APCH DIRECTED US TO SWITCH TWR AT MARKER. ENTIRE CREW SEEMED TIRED FROM APPROX 9 1/2 HRS OF FLYING. ALSO RELIEVED BY THE CLR SKIES AND LACK OF TFC. FROM MARKER TO LNDG WAS QUIET ON APCH FREQ! NEVER SWITCHED TWR FOR LNDG CLRNC. REALIZED ERROR ONCE WE TURNED OFF RWY AND RPTED CLR TO APCH. SWITCHED TWR. NOTHING MENTIONED ABOUT LNDG CLRNC BY TWR. SUSPECT WE MAY HAVE BEEN CLRED 'IN THE BLIND.' TAXI IN WAS NORMAL. CAUSE -- COMPLACENCY CAUSED BY GOOD WX AFTER LONG FLT. PNF WAS TRAINING DEPT PLT AND POSSIBLY OUT OF HABIT REF LNDG CLRNC AS ENG, I MAY HAVE INITIATED LNDG CHKLIST WHEN PNF WOULD HAVE NORMALLY CHKED IN WITH TWR.
