Narrative:
Descending through FL280 into lax, an electrical smoke started coming from the circuit breaker behind the captain's seat. We declared an emergency and were cleared to bfl airport. We were on the ground in bfl in approximately 5 min. After landing, the aft flight attendants smelled smoke and we evacuate/evacuationed the passenger and crew on the taxiway.

Title: FLC OF ACR MLG ACFT DECLARED AN EMER DUE SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND DIVERTED TO A NEARBY ARPT.
Narrative: DSNDING THROUGH FL280 INTO LAX, AN ELECTRICAL SMOKE STARTED COMING FROM THE CIRCUIT BREAKER BEHIND THE CAPT'S SEAT. WE DECLARED AN EMER AND WERE CLRED TO BFL ARPT. WE WERE ON THE GND IN BFL IN APPROX 5 MIN. AFTER LNDG, THE AFT FLT ATTENDANTS SMELLED SMOKE AND WE EVACED THE PAX AND CREW ON THE TXWY.
