Narrative:
Flap indicator showed flaps in takeoff position. They were fully extended to land position. Returned to field immediately. We did not deplane aircraft in sux, therefore the only way we had to determine flap position was selector and indicator. First officer did an excellent job of following the rapid fire commands I issued.
