Narrative:
Tracking inbound on the atl 041 degree radial approximately 60 mi north at altitude of 9000 ft MSL, we got a TCASII RA to descend immediately. We started a descent out of 9000 ft and at approximately 8600 ft MSL, we spotted traffic in our 12 O'clock position, approximately 9500 ft MSL. We alerted ZTL of conflicting traffic and climbed back to 9000 ft. ZTL advised us they had no radar contact with conflicting traffic until aircraft was approximately 10 mi behind us. Flight continued on to atl.
