Narrative:

Cleared from 27000 ft to 25000 ft, at 25400 we got a TCASII RA to climb. We climbed to 26200 before advised to maintain altitude by TCASII, advised ATC. Clear of conflict, we then descended to 25000 ft. We saw a blinking light in front of us but due to darkness, we were unable to determine altitude.

Narrative: CLRED FROM 27000 FT TO 25000 FT, AT 25400 WE GOT A TCASII RA TO CLB. WE CLBED TO 26200 BEFORE ADVISED TO MAINTAIN ALT BY TCASII, ADVISED ATC. CLR OF CONFLICT, WE THEN DSNDED TO 25000 FT. WE SAW A BLINKING LIGHT IN FRONT OF US BUT DUE TO DARKNESS, WE WERE UNABLE TO DETERMINE ALT.
