Narrative:
At XX30Z, at FL310, a passenger became ill. He was ashen, unresponsive, with a pulse of 40. We gave him oxygen and had an rn (another passenger) assist him while receiving instructions via phone patch from the mayo clinic. We also diverted to oma and arrived at the gate at XX53Z. This required an over weight landing on runway 32L. Touchdown was at 137000 pounds and was uneventful. Supplemental information from acn 239484: proper over weight maintenance procedures were applied to continue flight to sna.
