Narrative:

I was working departure south. The first departure was an large transport. I radar idented the aircraft and climbed him to 6000 ft. 1 mi in trail was light transport. I radar idented the light transport and noticed the light transport was outclbing the large transport so I climbed the light transport to 6000 ft. With 3 mi lateral separation I turned the large transport to 170 degrees to parstell the light transport. When the light transport was out of 5500 ft and the large transport was 4200 ft I turned the light transport to 120 degree heading and the large transport to 260 degree heading. When the large transport passed the light transport the light transport was at 6000 ft and the large transport was at 5000 ft. I gave the large transport traffic on the light transport and the pilot notified me that he received a TCASII alert.
