Narrative:
On a heading to the south, east of dfw at 5000 ft, 2 fgts climbing with a high rate of climb set off my TCASII with a 'monitor vertical speed' command, followed shortly by 'climb, climb.' climb initiated until 6000 ft MSL and fgts in sight. Fgts climbing out of navy dallas were 3000 ft below us with the first TCASII RA!

Narrative: ON A HDG TO THE S, E OF DFW AT 5000 FT, 2 FGTS CLBING WITH A HIGH RATE OF CLB SET OFF MY TCASII WITH A 'MONITOR VERT SPD' COMMAND, FOLLOWED SHORTLY BY 'CLB, CLB.' CLB INITIATED UNTIL 6000 FT MSL AND FGTS IN SIGHT. FGTS CLBING OUT OF NAVY DALLAS WERE 3000 FT BELOW US WITH THE FIRST TCASII RA!
