Narrative:
While working miami arrival, miami departure, a developmental climbed on air carrier X in front of, and through air carrier Y. Air carrier Y reacted with a TCASII climb. Incident was reported to supervisor. Fortunately, a TA had been issued prior to incident.

Narrative: WHILE WORKING MIAMI ARR, MIAMI DEP, A DEVELOPMENTAL CLBED ON ACR X IN FRONT OF, AND THROUGH ACR Y. ACR Y REACTED WITH A TCASII CLB. INCIDENT WAS RPTED TO SUPVR. FORTUNATELY, A TA HAD BEEN ISSUED PRIOR TO INCIDENT.
