Narrative:

Captain was the PF. When the right engine fire light began to flicker, we executed the engine fire in-flight checklist. We then declared an emergency and landed at dab. The fire light went out on final approach and there was no visual indication of fire from the right engine so we taxied to the gate and deplaned the passenger. A mechanic inspected the engine and determined that there never was a fire. He signed off the aircraft logbook for a 1 time ferry flight from dab to mco. Later we made an uneventful ferry flight to mco.
