Narrative:

We received a 'climb' RA from TCASII. We responded with a climb from FL290 to FL295. After TCASII announced 'clear of conflict,' we descended back to FL290 and advised ZJX. They said traffic below us had passed at FL280.

Narrative: WE RECEIVED A 'CLB' RA FROM TCASII. WE RESPONDED WITH A CLB FROM FL290 TO FL295. AFTER TCASII ANNOUNCED 'CLR OF CONFLICT,' WE DSNDED BACK TO FL290 AND ADVISED ZJX. THEY SAID TFC BELOW US HAD PASSED AT FL280.
