Narrative:
After landing at hollis, running late, I discovered I had 6 passenger and some cargo back to ketchikan. 1 of the passenger was a medivac and others were catching other flts. In my haste to get back to ketchikan I failed to properly secure baggage and cargo in the aft baggage compartment. No further incident occurred, although if it had been a turbulent day, further incident could have occurred. To remedy the situation, I need to slow down and not let a stressful situation impair my judgement, and to except the fact that running behind will happen on occasion but not to diminish my performance of the safety of the flight because of it.
