There was confusion on taxi instructions to hold short for 'air carrier' airline or delta taxiway. Both aircraft stopped, ground assistance was used to taxi clear of each other.

Title: CAPT OF AN MLG ACR ACFT FAILED TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY CAUSING A GND CONFLICT WITH ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: THERE WAS CONFUSION ON TAXI INSTRUCTIONS TO HOLD SHORT FOR 'ACR' AIRLINE OR DELTA TXWY. BOTH ACFT STOPPED, GND ASSISTANCE WAS USED TO TAXI CLR OF EACH OTHER.
