Narrative:
Depart nrt airport, on initial climb. At approximately 800 ft MSL, #3 fire warn activated. Clean-up situation with appropriate emergency checklist. Dump fuel, return nrt. Landed 100000 pounds overweight. Engine #1 exceeded rated egt on reverse, was shut down. Due to overweight landing and only 2 engines for reverse, excessive braking was required. Subsequently, 16 main wheel tires and brakes were replaced. Airport was closed for about 5-10 mins.

Narrative: DEPART NRT ARPT, ON INITIAL CLB. AT APPROX 800 FT MSL, #3 FIRE WARN ACTIVATED. CLEAN-UP SIT WITH APPROPRIATE EMER CHKLIST. DUMP FUEL, RETURN NRT. LANDED 100000 LBS OVERWT. ENG #1 EXCEEDED RATED EGT ON REVERSE, WAS SHUT DOWN. DUE TO OVERWT LNDG AND ONLY 2 ENGS FOR REVERSE, EXCESSIVE BRAKING WAS REQUIRED. SUBSEQUENTLY, 16 MAIN WHEEL TIRES AND BRAKES WERE REPLACED. ARPT WAS CLOSED FOR ABOUT 5-10 MINS.
