Narrative:
Possible bird strike. At V1 engine indications normal. Fan vibration started to increase on #2 engine. At 1000 ft fan vibration indicated 1.1, at 5000 ft fan vibration #2 engine really bad -- 2.1, at 8000 ft fan vibration #2 engine really bad -- 2.9. Return to mco was initiated with power reduction on #2 engine. No overtemps, overspds or abnormal indications other than fan vibration #2 noted. Post-flight inspection revealed damage to 3 blades #2 engine.
