Narrative:

First officer read dallas 8 departure as 'departing runway 13R, turn to 170 degree heading.' after departure on runway 13R at dal, turned to 170 degree heading and tower advised 'fly runway heading.' we did so, with no further incident. Upon reaching a safe altitude (FL330) and outside dfw TCA, reviewed SID and noted 170 degree heading is for dfw departures. They have same runway alignment as dal. I wonder how many times this mistake has been made?
