Narrative:
On runway 16L at sea, after brake release, engines spooling up to approximately 1.1 EPR, captain noted 'engine bleed right' light on EICAS display. Light confirmed on overhead panel and takeoff aborted. Ground speed less than 20 KTS. Exited runway and discovered isolation valve still open. Closed valve, reviewed checklists and initiated successful/uneventful takeoff.
