Narrative:
Unable to pressurize aircraft after takeoff. Returned to airport for maintenance. Technician found electronic compartment door open and door annunciator inoperative. Suspect that door was left open after copilot's preflight and a faulty door switch failed to alert crew.

Narrative: UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE ACFT AFTER TKOF. RETURNED TO ARPT FOR MAINT. TECHNICIAN FOUND ELECTRONIC COMPARTMENT DOOR OPEN AND DOOR ANNUNCIATOR INOP. SUSPECT THAT DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN AFTER COPLT'S PREFLT AND A FAULTY DOOR SWITCH FAILED TO ALERT CREW.
