Narrative:
Sliding on takeoff but able to stay close to center of runway. Felt like an abort would depart the side of runway so continued. Possibility that brakes were locked up during takeoff due to parking brake not releasing when brake pedals pushed in to release parking brakes by first officer for takeoff. Aircraft was covered in ice/frozen slush from operation last night and freezing drizzle overnight. Took 30 mins to deice. Possibly something froze up in parking brake system. I'm not really sure. Brakes were locked up (seized) and ended up with 4 main tires flat on next landing.
