Narrative:

Departing isp on a far 135 flight with an FAA inspector in the copilot's seat the 2 red low fuel flow lights illuminated and then went out. The secondary indications which are the fuel flow indicators, were operating normally during the entire event showing that I had sufficient fuel being delivered to the engines. This flight went on to its final destination with no further problems. I could not abort because there would have not been enough runway to land safely. I think there was a problem with the pressure switches that operate the lights and it needs to be repaired.
