Small aircraft X had just departed liberty, co, airport. Was heading southeast on heading of 130 degrees to clear restr zone when military jet buzzed me twice. Event occurred almost in liberty, co, airport traffic pattern. Military jets should not be buzzing around uncontrolled civilian airports at low altitude.
