Narrative:

We were cleared to cross 10 mi north of pmd VOR at FL290. Just as we arrived 10 mi north of pmd VOR we were given a frequency change. When we checked in with the controller, we were told we had been cleared to cross the pmd VOR at FL240. I do not know if it was our mistake or the center. We did not hear the FL240 clearance. We were fatigued as we had been up all night flying from sdf-pdx, 3 hours on ground, pdx-ont.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO CROSS 10 MI N OF PMD VOR AT FL290. JUST AS WE ARRIVED 10 MI N OF PMD VOR WE WERE GIVEN A FREQ CHANGE. WHEN WE CHKED IN WITH THE CTLR, WE WERE TOLD WE HAD BEEN CLRED TO CROSS THE PMD VOR AT FL240. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT WAS OUR MISTAKE OR THE CTR. WE DID NOT HEAR THE FL240 CLRNC. WE WERE FATIGUED AS WE HAD BEEN UP ALL NIGHT FLYING FROM SDF-PDX, 3 HRS ON GND, PDX-ONT.
