Narrative:
Climbing out of 31250 to FL330 TCASII issued immediate RA to climb. I increased rate of climb into green display on TCASII RA and at the same time, the controller issued climb and turn instructions to avoid traffic. Contributing factor was controller's loss of 5 mi separation. Clearly controller error. Even confessed on the air to it. Thank god for TCASII! I've noticed a lot of controller error lately. If not for the TCASII, there would be a lot of accidents and plenty of near misses. Moral: follow that RA when TCASII tells you!

Narrative: CLBING OUT OF 31250 TO FL330 TCASII ISSUED IMMEDIATE RA TO CLB. I INCREASED RATE OF CLB INTO GREEN DISPLAY ON TCASII RA AND AT THE SAME TIME, THE CTLR ISSUED CLB AND TURN INSTRUCTIONS TO AVOID TFC. CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS CTLR'S LOSS OF 5 MI SEPARATION. CLRLY CTLR ERROR. EVEN CONFESSED ON THE AIR TO IT. THANK GOD FOR TCASII! I'VE NOTICED A LOT OF CTLR ERROR LATELY. IF NOT FOR THE TCASII, THERE WOULD BE A LOT OF ACCIDENTS AND PLENTY OF NEAR MISSES. MORAL: FOLLOW THAT RA WHEN TCASII TELLS YOU!
