Narrative:
Landed on runway 32 at PM46, cleared to roll out to end and taxi to ramp via north, and N1. Approaching N1, I saw a B757 coming toward us. I thought he must be on 'a' so I continued past the intersection thinking N1. Was the next taxiway. The first officer was talking to company about the gate and ground control said nothing as I rolled past the hold short line of runway 28R. Realizing where I was I had the first officer check runway 28R final for aircraft and proceeded around the corner of N2 back to N1. Ground control at that time said 'in the future don't go that way.' I said I was confused by the 757 coming at me on N1. Ground control said it was ok no plane was on approach.
