Narrative:
Aircraft deviating for WX around gso, nc. Cpr X requesting higher when clear. I climbed X to FL330 from FL290. After approximately 2 mins, I asked X rate of climb. He stated 800 FPM, I then asked air carrier Y if he could turn south. He stated yes. I turned X left 360 degrees I then turned Y to 210 degrees. I further turned X to 340 degrees then turned Y to 180 degrees nearest point 2.5 mi and 1700 ft.
