Narrative:
During the throttle advance for takeoff, we had no EPR indications on either engine. On return to gate, we checked EPR gauge circuit breakers. They were in. When the mechanic came in to the cockpit, he checked the circuit breakers and confirmed all were in. During the troubleshooting, we checked the circuit breakers again and now they were out. We reset them and they worked normally. I check the circuit breakers once when I enter the cockpit from a standing position and support myself by placing my arms on the seat back (B-737-200). Then I move my head forward and back to check the circuit breakers. I also check the circuit breakers from the seat when I read the checklist. Both times I never saw any circuit breakers out. I went back to see if I could have missed them and found it might have been possible because my right arm could have blocked the view of these circuit breakers even if I moved forward and back. However, I could have seen them from my seat, but I might not have had enough angle for line of sight to see them out. However, both the captain and maintenance also checked them. I assume that the circuit breakers were popped without being out.

Title: ABORTED TKOF.
Narrative: DURING THE THROTTLE ADVANCE FOR TKOF, WE HAD NO EPR INDICATIONS ON EITHER ENG. ON RETURN TO GATE, WE CHKED EPR GAUGE CIRCUIT BREAKERS. THEY WERE IN. WHEN THE MECH CAME IN TO THE COCKPIT, HE CHKED THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND CONFIRMED ALL WERE IN. DURING THE TROUBLESHOOTING, WE CHKED THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS AGAIN AND NOW THEY WERE OUT. WE RESET THEM AND THEY WORKED NORMALLY. I CHK THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS ONCE WHEN I ENTER THE COCKPIT FROM A STANDING POS AND SUPPORT MYSELF BY PLACING MY ARMS ON THE SEAT BACK (B-737-200).
