Narrative:

Our aircraft was at 12000 ft and a VFR skydiving plane was coming at us from our 12 O'clock position. They were supposed to be at 11500 ft but climbed up to our altitude, so we followed our RA from our TCASII. The air traffic controller did not warn us of the VFR traffic. The plane came within 300 ft vertical. Thank god for TCASII.

Narrative: OUR ACFT WAS AT 12000 FT AND A VFR SKYDIVING PLANE WAS COMING AT US FROM OUR 12 O'CLOCK POS.
