Narrative:

After landing on runway 1 requested to switch to ground frequency after performing all required post landing checklists we taxied to the ramp. There was no traffic moving near us or in the vicinity so we were not alert to the absence of ATC communications. Upon arriving at gate we realized we were still on tower frequency. We were not sure if the radio switch got bumped because ground frequency was tuned in standby but not up and selected yet. No corrective action was necessary and no known conflicts occurred. I believe fatigue was a factor. I had worked my second job which I must have to provide for my family at this wage. It is a non flying job so isn't considered in rest requirements. I only got 4 hours of sleep the night before doing 6 legs in 6 hours of flying and 9 hours of duty. Until wages and working conditions improve these fatigue induced occurrences will continue. I don't believe any conflicts occurred and only increased vigilance on my part would have made us aware we were not over on ground frequency. My captain had also just finished a long commute to work so may have been tired as well.

Title: TAXI ACROSS RWYS WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG ON RWY 1 REQUESTED TO SWITCH TO GND FREQ AFTER PERFORMING ALL REQUIRED POST LNDG CHKLISTS WE TAXIED TO THE RAMP. THERE WAS NO TFC MOVING NEAR US OR IN THE VICINITY SO WE WERE NOT ALERT TO THE ABSENCE OF ATC COMS. UPON ARRIVING AT GATE WE REALIZED WE WERE STILL ON TWR FREQ. WE WERE NOT SURE IF THE RADIO SWITCH GOT BUMPED BECAUSE GND FREQ WAS TUNED IN STANDBY BUT NOT UP AND SELECTED YET. NO CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS NECESSARY AND NO KNOWN CONFLICTS OCCURRED. I BELIEVE FATIGUE WAS A FACTOR. I HAD WORKED MY SECOND JOB WHICH I MUST HAVE TO PROVIDE FOR MY FAMILY AT THIS WAGE. IT IS A NON FLYING JOB SO ISN'T CONSIDERED IN REST REQUIREMENTS. I ONLY GOT 4 HRS OF SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE DOING 6 LEGS IN 6 HRS OF FLYING AND 9 HRS OF DUTY. UNTIL WAGES AND WORKING CONDITIONS IMPROVE THESE FATIGUE INDUCED OCCURRENCES WILL CONTINUE. I DON'T BELIEVE ANY CONFLICTS OCCURRED AND ONLY INCREASED VIGILANCE ON MY PART WOULD HAVE MADE US AWARE WE WERE NOT OVER ON GND FREQ. MY CAPT HAD ALSO JUST FINISHED A LONG COMMUTE TO WORK SO MAY HAVE BEEN TIRED AS WELL.
