Narrative:
Military X a C130 was an overflt from fok to cof. About 5 min after entering my sector (sie hi sector 59), military X declared an emergency and shut down engine #4. He did not state reason why, I gave him his request to return immediately back to fok and gave him lower as he requested. I handed him off to ZNY and switched him without any undue delay.
