Narrative:
We were cleared for a visual approach behind a 747 to runway 6R at anc. We flew the ILS guidance to 100 ft, then proceeded visually. We landed hard and bounced followed by a pitch up. We had a tail strike on the next touchdown. It seemed like we lost elevator authority/authorized in the flare.
