Narrative:
Problem arose after takeoff with turbulence. Strong wind from hurricane coming up coast. Captain noticed deviation. Pwrs back maintain altitude at maneuvering speed. Should be more cautious of turbulence. Acquire maneuvering speed quicker. Poor fixing conditions at the time.
