Narrative:

We were navigating on the radial north of huq VOR toward intersection and were given a crossing restr of 60 mi south of tiverton VOR at FL290. At the time we were given the clearance we were already about 80 mi south of tiverton. I did not realize this, however, because we were navigating off the charleston VOR and the first officer was busy with radio calls to company and copying the ATIS. By the time we got the tiverton VOR tuned in and DME responding we were already past the crossing restr. The captain was flying, and first officer on radio. We were both awakened by crew scheduling at early morning for this trip, and were both tired. We were both on a long call reserve day. This means they give you 4 hours to show for the trip. This situation was caused by a lack of positional awareness on my part, and a large contributing factor was the fact that I had only 4 hours of sleep that night and we were just completing a cle-mco-cle trip.
