Narrative:
While descending, leveloff above small stratus layer, area was mostly thin overcast, descending into clouds, which proved to be more than thin. Realized by both crew members and flew out of IMC within 60 seconds.

Title: PLT ON VFR FLT PLAN FLEW INTO A CLOUD.
Narrative: WHILE DSNDING, LEVELOFF ABOVE SMALL STRATUS LAYER, AREA WAS MOSTLY THIN OVCST, DSNDING INTO CLOUDS, WHICH PROVED TO BE MORE THAN THIN. REALIZED BY BOTH CREW MEMBERS AND FLEW OUT OF IMC WITHIN 60 SECONDS.
