Narrative:
We had a failure of both primary and standby pressurization system climbing out of cle. As the only system still available to maintain cabin pressure was the manual system and that system was very erratic, I therefore elected to return the cle. ATC was very cooperative and gave us every leeway on our descent and approach back into cle.
