Narrative:
After departing mia on a 270 degree heading and climbing through 11500 ft we received a TA shortly followed by an RA to descend. The RA indicated a minimum descent of 1500 FPM we were climbing at 1500 FPM and reduced throttles to idle to accomplish the descent. We then received an RA to climb. We were currently 200 ft below traffic located at 1-2 O'clock and a range of 1 mi. We turned left in VFR conditions to avoid the conflict while attempting to climb. We never saw the traffic.

Title: TCASII TA AND RA. EVASIVE ACTION DSCNT TURN CLB.
Narrative: AFTER DEPARTING MIA ON A 270 DEG HDG AND CLBING THROUGH 11500 FT WE RECEIVED A TA SHORTLY FOLLOWED BY AN RA TO DSND. THE RA INDICATED A MINIMUM DSCNT OF 1500 FPM WE WERE CLBING AT 1500 FPM AND REDUCED THROTTLES TO IDLE TO ACCOMPLISH THE DSCNT. WE THEN RECEIVED AN RA TO CLB. WE WERE CURRENTLY 200 FT BELOW TFC LOCATED AT 1-2 O'CLOCK AND A RANGE OF 1 MI. WE TURNED L IN VFR CONDITIONS TO AVOID THE CONFLICT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CLB. WE NEVER SAW THE TFC.
